We are looking for a Sales Admin assistant to join our team.
The Sales Administrative Assistant functions as the primary administrative support person for the Branch Manager and the Sales Reps. The primary responsibility is to ensure that sales data and information collection and reporting is completed on a timely basis and is accurate and up-to-date.
Essential Functions include the following.
Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager, and sales reps. Duties include assisting in the preparation of bids and quotes; preparation of routine correspondence; organization and maintenance of filing system.
Communicate status of quotes, orders and deliveries to branch Sales Reps. Assist Sales Reps with follow-up of leads and quotes. Assist Sales Reps with customer contacts -- to obtain feedback on recent sale, rental or service and/or to re-establish customer account.
Working with the Corporate Marketing Department, assist in the coordination and setup of branch sales promotions and special events such as recreational events.
Maintain and organize sales related brochures, catalogs and other promotional materials. Make sure sufficient inventory of items is on hand to meet the level of sales activity at branch. Assist outside sales reps as needed in the distribution of materials.
Working with Inside Sales Rep, maintain inventory counts of all showroom merchandise ordering additional as needed. Assist in the display and promotion of showroom merchandise.
Maintain the levels of merchandise inventory in show room.
Answer incoming phone calls and refer to appropriate department for handling

Requirements - Language Skills:
Ability to read, write and understand policies, procedures, contracts and detailed correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate with and respond to inquiries from customers, other employees, community contacts, business leaders and government officials.
